To the persons interested in Draft By-Law # 303 concerning the modification to Zoning By-Law # 264.
Public notice is hereby given as follows:
- During a meeting held on October 6, 2014, Council adopted Draft By-Law # 303 entitled Amendment to Zoning By-Law # 264 Pertaining to the Addition of Class C5- Commercial Use in Zone AG 301.
- A public assembly will be held on October 28th 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the Jack Graham Bristol Community Centre. The subject of this assembly will be a discussion concerning Draft By-Law # 303 to amend Zoning By-Law # 264. During this assembly, William Beveridge will explain the draft by-law and will hear from individuals or organizations who wish to express their opinions.
- The draft by-law can be consulted at the Municipal Office located at 32 Aylmer Road, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The draft contains a provision making it subject to referendum approval.
