PREMIER PROJET DE RÉSOLUTION ADOPTÉ EN VERTU DU RÈGLEMENT 305 (PPCMOI) RELATIF À L’IMMEUBLE SITUÉ AU 112B CHEMIN RIVER (LOT 10-50)

AVIS PUBLIC est par les présentes donné, aux personnes et organismes intéressés:

  1. Qu’à la séance tenue le 4 août 2015, le conseil a adopté le premier projet de règlement numéro 305-01-15 relatif aux projets particuliers de construction, de modification ou d’occupation d’un immeuble (PPCMOI);
  2. Qu’une assemblée publique de consultation aura lieu le mercredi 26 août 2015, à 19h00 à l’Hôtel de ville, 32 chemin Aylmer, Bristol. Au cours de cette assemblée, un représentant du groupe BC2 expliquera ce projet particulier ainsi que les conséquences et entendront les personnes et organismes qui désirent s’exprimer.
  3. Que ce projet de résolution vise à :
  4. Autoriser la marge avant de 2 mètres et de 4.32 mètres ainsi que la marge de recul arrière de 1.32 mètres au lieu du retrait avant minimal de 8 mètres et de 2 mètres de retrait arrière;
  5. Autoriser l’entrée en charretière et le stationnement dans le triangle de visibilité;
  6. Autoriser la réduction des dimensions minimales pour l’aire de stationnement;
  7. Autoriser la réduction du nombre minimal de cases de stationnement.

La carte est disponible au bureau municipale pour consultation.

  1. Que le projet de résolution contient des dispositions susceptibles d’approbation référendaire.
  2. Le projet de résolution et le certificat de localisation visé par ce projet peuvent être consultés à la réception du bureau municipal, 32 chemin d’Aylmer, Bristol, aux heures régulières de bureau.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION ASSEMBLY

FIRST DRAFT RESOLUTION ADOPTED IN VIRTUE OF BY-LAW # 305 (PPCMOI) PERTAINING TO THE IMMOVEABLE LOCATED AT 112B RIVER ROAD (LOT 10-50)

Public Notice is by the present given, to interested persons and organizations that:

  1. At the Council Meeting held on August 4th, 2015, Council adopted Specific Project # 305-01-15 relative to the Specific Construction, Alteration or Occupancy Proposal for an Immoveable (PPCMOI);
  2. A public consultation assembly will be held on Wednesday, August 26th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Townhall, located at 32 Aylmer Road, Bristol. During this assembly, a representative from BC2 Consultant Firm will explain this specific project and the consequences and will listen to persons or organizations who wish to express their comments.
  3. This specific project aims to :
  4. Authorize the front setback of 2 meters and 4.32 meters as well as the rear setback of 1.32 meters instead of the minimal front setback of 8 meters and of 2 meters for rear setback;
  5. Authorize the driveway and parking in the triangle of visibility;
  6. Authorize the reduction of the minimal dimensions for the parking space;
  7. Authorize the reduction of the minimal number of parking spaces.

Map available at the municipal office for consultation.

  1. This specific project contains provisions which may require referendum approval.
  2. The specific project and certificate of location can be consulted at the municipal office, located at 32 Aylmer Road, Bristol, during regular office hours.
